My purpose is to provide a new era of leadership to foster innovation in the organizations that is people-centric. My commitment on placing people and customers at the core of journey to materialize innovations is undiluted. My joy comes from inspiring, influencing, integrating and empowering people with a sense of empathy to help people realize their potential. My unique value comes from being the eccentric breed of innovator having the lateral thinking and end-to-end perspective as well as being hands-on when needed be it in technologies, market research, business analysis, UX research, UI/UX design, concept creation, prototyping, strategy, roadmap, brand design, product management, commercialization, business development, partner relations, software development, system architecture etc. as well structuring and executing innovation workshops, design thinking approaches, user sessions, etc.

My uniqueness as approved by executives and peers is: standing out at the intersection of technology, business and design. My love for technology is more inherent. My devotion for design comes more out of curiosity and joy of appreciating arts, designs and architectures executed with care. Business acumen was cultivated, growing up supporting my family ventures that was further consolidated in my journey across 5 industry verticals. Seasoned executives also point out to another of my unique factor being at equilibrium with IQ-EQ-CQ. My sense is IQ is from what it is. CQ could be inherited growing up in multicultural environment in India that got further refined living and working across 8 countries in Europe and Asia. CQ could be the basis for EQ, because every time my curiosity of why do people think, act and feel that way helped me show empathy to understand other point of view and relate to them easily. On the other hand reverberations of yoga and meditation practise refines me towards self-awareness. My resilience is that knowing one-self is the qualification to empathize with others.

My journey to be a thriving innovator is only because of people. Early in career, had led and build teams through trustful relationships, being a guide and empowering team members. As an innovation leader, a new kind of leadership flourished also focusing on strengthening relationship with stakeholders, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams without formal authority, setting a purpose and vision, leading by example and bringing the best out of everyone by being mindful to people needs. Mentoring colleagues and nourishing young talents is most fulfilling for me. That’s may be others see me as growth minded leader. My mission is to dissipate the leadership required for innovation more explicitly on a broader scale with wider reach in organizations.
